             Luo Li Wei：Democratically legal system is the road that leads to civilization and progress

     Democratically legal system is an arrangement for rule. Such an arrangement is a logos, it dedicates to ensuring people sovereignty position and citizen right, but it maintains a balance between people and government. Its peculiar power-restraint system is the basic guarantee for making government free from dictatorial reign and corruption, is also the behavior that prevents the government from infringing the individual’s right. Nowadays, No matter based on historic lesson or on current plight , it is imminent to provide such a guarantee via building up rule. The media in China expounds : “ for most of the public, what is important is not to lie in whether nation built up the rule for protecting their right, but ability of enjoying right . Obliterate importance of ensuring right and imminence of rule establishment also turned into problem of ability of public. Regarding governing from people or from law, they will prevaricate it with many social causes.
     The road of democratic legal system is the road that leads to civilization and progress, this road , is historic choice that brooks no dodge with any excuses for China.
