hang Xiu Lan：The difference between constitutionalism and dictatorship
In China, public security , law court ,procurator’s office are called as body of dictatorship, they often emphasize repression, dislike to be restrained by law，CCP enacted several constitutions successively，but virtually，there is constitution ,no constitutionalism, CCP always pursues dictatorship of proletariate，through only one word on difference, but the meaning is totally different, as two different of rules, difference between two theories is extremely obvious, dictatorship of proletariate is opposed with democratically political rule of democratic constitutionalism and democratic dictatorship. Last one is set up based on principle of constitutionalism，
1)Maintain human right; esteem and ensure individual’s right.
2)Limit government , limit power from government, public availability should be supervised , restrained
3)Enforce legal system, authorization supremacy should be presented to constitution.
4)From theory to practice , compared with two systems, there are total differences.
