                        Xie, XianYong: The Masses’ Human Rights Defending Are The weak’ s Resisting

     At last several years, the masses’ human rights actions were like a rising wind and scudding clouds. In order to having long life, Chinese masses’ human rights actions should be aroused by people’s own surviving status. The masses’ human rights actions were also changing people themselves. They obtained political experiences from human rights defending legally, their political wisdoms were cultivated, and simultaneously their whole political appeal was exalted. Consequently, that the rational and the powerful showed from Chinese masses’ human rights actions had the deep meaning of demonstration for each field of society. Chinese masses’ human rights actions would certainly cause a centenary human rights movement of establishing a democratic and open civics society.

     Under China mighty political frame, there were short of elementary citizen society consciousness and principles. Today Chinese masses’ defending actions are the weak’s resisting and have complex mutualization with politics. The masses’ human rights actions have formed a pressure of society and compel CCP to realize masses’ situation from height of politics and ceaselessly modify its related policy.
