Han, Xianze: Social Fortune in China Is Centralized in Hands of Privilege Holder

At present, social fortune in China is not mostly centralized in hands of person who get rich by diligent work and legal management but in hands of privilege holder, person attach to power and influence and person corrupt. The phenomenon of severely unjust distribution in present China is not the result of reformation but exactly the incomplete and insufficient reformation which causes a lot of holes in the system and gives CCP officials opportunity to seek private profit by taking advantage of administrative powers. They can easily set up lease by policy, look for lease by employment and misuse their powers to plunder assets which causes serious inequality between rich and poor, deepening contradiction between populace and officials and intensifying various divarication in social life.

The phenomenon of severely unjust distribution in China society does not mean the difference among people’s incomes but substantive situations of getting rich by unjust means or by control of administrative powers. What Chinese populace disgust is not big difference among incomes but new dignitary of corruption and bribe seeking private profit by taking advantage of administrative powers. The populace can’t accept the social reality at any rate: on the one hand few dignitary become new-rich by privilege, on the other hand millions of ordinary laborers are forced to be unemployment and immersed in distress and lose protection of basic living rights.
