Jiang, Shouquan: Citizen in power centralized autarchy lacks equality!
Equality is one of ultimate goals human society pursuing and also the motivity of human society advancement. Equality roots in populace’s identification with self merit and social common merit, and its starting point is to know human born freedom and rights and its end point is law and order.
In democratic countries, equality is every citizen’s thought and includes two side meanings. One is political equality, citizen enjoys political right equally no matter birth status, ethnic and health status and financial status. The other is economical equality, citizen equally enjoys rights of education, employment, job welfare, engaging economical activity, free market competition and protecting own property. Nowadays China is power centralized society when equality and rights are written in the law, but it is difficult to practice indeed because of lacking independent and just law system. So, Chinese citizen in power centralized autarchy lacks equality.
