Du, Qingfa: Protect Civil Right And Freedom Not To Be Trampled
Chinese populace must face up to current regime, understand the essence of mighty tyranny, make corresponding judge and establish relevant policy which become big deal concerning national destiny and individual future and also become moral responsibility of all the people who resist enslavement and tyranny. People must see the effect of law when human right protect movement sweep mainland China, when countless brethren who protest by fast are abducted, imprisoned, sentenced, monitored and abused, and when democratic personages discuss and contend today citizen’s protest by fast movement about whether takes advantage of existing national constitution and legal resource to protect right inside system or bases on human right defending to oppose outside system unbently.
As a righteous tool preventing people infringe each other, law’s value is to prevent government and its officials invade individual right and freedom of ordinary people to a greater extent. Once right infringed affair happens, national law should be followed to protect the benefit of one whose right is infracted. Thus protect civil right and freedom not to be trampled and human right not to be infringed.
