                                  Kuang, Hong: Dictatorship Is Cause of Autocrat Arising

     Dictatorship is pretty much associated with one man’s family state power. The state dominator easily makes the country his family state power and hands down this rule from generation to generation. To destroy and deracinate this family state power has to change national political system first. The transformation process from dictatorship to one man’s family state power is probably like this: from dictatorship to autocrat and to autocrat’s family state power. Unless dictatorship is eliminated, the possibility of turning a country to one man’s family state power won’t be prevented entirely. If presently dictatorship isn’t eliminated, to avoid a country becoming one man’s family state power is to prevent anyone from being this country’s autocrat first.

    At present Chinese political system is still an autarchy. Under this system it is easy to make China someone’s family state power and bring a new autocrat. Chinese people have to endeavor to completely change Chinese political system and make China a democratic country.
