Li, Zhongxue: Chinese People Should Have Right of Freedom
Chinese people should have right of speech freedom, liberty of the press and freedom of expressing own political opinion, freedom of tong and freedom of expressing collective opinion, and freedom of rally and demonstration based on legal proceedings. Without enough excuses state can’t ban and punish populace’s legal demonstration.
Besides, Chinese populaces have freedom of tong and right of association self-governing. Civics society comsisting of association and self-government is one of basic conditions of democratic constitutional government.The government must grant the application for associations. Without a legal proceeding, should not ban or penalize freely organized associations. The private property is protected by laws. Any state agency, corporation force and individual should not deprive and covet common people’s property. Through the legal channel, citizens possesses the right to handle, transfer and exchange their own property.
