Huang, Qinghua: System Causes Phenomenon of Unjust Distribution in Chinese Society
There is a phenomenon of severely unjust distribution in Chinese society, it mainly does not mean the difference among people’s incomes, but mean the phenomenon of large numbers of obtaining fortune by unjust means, in other words by control administrative power. At present, main social fortune in China are collected not in hands of hard workers and law-abiding managers but in hands of privilege holders, sycophantic persons and corruptive persons.
The phenomenon of severely unjust distribution in present China is not the result of reformation but caused by incomplete and insufficient reformation. Chinese populaces are disgusted not by over big difference among people’s incomes but by those new corruptive dignitaries who seek private profit by taking advantage of administrative powers. Populaces can not accept this social reality at any rate: on the one hand, minor dignitaries become new-rich by holding privilege; on the other hand, major ordinary laborers are forced to be lay-off and immersed in poverty, and their basic existent rights are not ensured.
