Li, Zuoliang: Democratic Revolution Can Not But Abolish Discrimination against Peasants

Since China communist established government, Chinese peasants have always been in a status of ragtag stratum. Discriminating regulation and bereaved land ownership make peasants actual slaves.

Lands in Chinese rural area nominally belong to state and collectivity and practically are completely controlled by state power, state power is absolutely monopolized by communist party, and communist party is ruled by bureaucratic group inside party. So China communist bureaucratic group is the biggest landlord of present China. One of tangible aims of democratic revolutions is to abolish this bureaucratic system and establish a concise, law ruling, efficient and uncorrupted state power system. To abolish bureaucratic system of current Chinese autarchy not only means to terminate political oppression toward Chinese populaces but also means to make China get rid of a heavy economical burden and from one angle eliminate reason of understratum populaces’ poverty.

Democratic revolutions can not but abolish discriminating regulation against peasants and realize law principle that everyone is equal in front of law. Democratic revolutions also can not but deprive China communist bureaucratic group’s illegal monopoly to lands and have peasants obtain ownership of lands. Thus 0.9 billions of Chinese peasants will begin to establish happy lives which are law ruling, ownership ensured and dignified.
