Chen, Jibin: The Persons Who Appeal Democracy Can’t Be Convicted Crime of Overthrow State Power
What does it mean that who gains hearts of populaces gains state power? It means that only the political group which obtains populaces’ supports is able to carry out state power, otherwise state power gotten by force is not called “gain” but called “usurp”, this is true overthrow state power, not as presently China communist authorities confound black and white and convict persons who appeal to establish democratic government the crime of overthrow state power.
State is the result of people’s coalition, state power is the service organization of people’s choice, therefore state power itself reflects public opinion, its validity should be showed by a general election of the whole people, all actions contrary to it should be called “overthrow”. Chinese people have lived thousands years at the status of power overthrow, now is time to set things to rights. We Chinese want to be as normal persons as people of other countries in the world, the politics should be normalized, i.e. multiparty. Without multiparty system there is no true democracy. Only multiparty system can save China.
