That basic level populaces use legal means to protect benefits of weak-influenced group in present phase tallies with the actual situation in China to practice democracy, freedom and law, and it is worth disseminating and extending in all areas of China to popularize people’s law knowledge, improve people’s consciousness of democracy, freedom, law and human right, help weak-influenced group and heighten social fairness.
