Wang, Yan: Chinese Government Disrespects Right of Existence
Human existence is not stipulated by law, people don’t exist by legal regulation, and yet there is no this kind of law in China. Chinese government only emphasizes legislation of human right within state and disputes the criticism and censure of international society for Chinese government’s conducts in aspect of human right.
The right of existence emphasized by Chinese government is animal right. It shows that Chinese government terribly disrespects right of existence. The right of existence certainly is primary human right. When people can’t exist, there will be no other rights. Chinese government says: “To a country and a nation, human right is first the people’s right of existence.” The right of existence is spoken to “country and nation”, not to individual. Since Chinese government established state power, the number of unnatural deaths has been up to several ten millions. The national right of existence, especially CCP’s right of existence is protected by sacrificing several ten million peoples’ right of existence. After “Jun. 4 Massacre” in 1989, Chinese official comment said: “Suppressing counter-revolutionary riot is to defend the people’s right of existence.” In order to protect country and nation’s right of existence, the individual right of existence is eliminated. As long as the country doesn’t perish and the nation doesn’t die, no matter how many individuals died or killed by government, the right of existence is defended. Is this right of existence theory on earth to protect human rights or privileges?
