Di, Qinghong: Why Are Risks of Chinese Official’s Corruption Pretty Low?
The corruption of China communist has revealed symptom since the state power established, the works of anti-corruption have never been interrupted, and generally “combat corruption and prevent coup” is looked as party’s first great event. However the works of China communist’s anti-corruption are delaying by now and have never been resolved, and this has been the unexpected difficult problem since the state power established. Because the basic reason of corruption is not found, the corrupt phenomena in China are more and more in past years.
The punishment objects of Chinese government are malfeasants in China communist and social corrupt persons led by China communist. How to effect corruption a radical cure is undoubtedly a big problem to Chinese government. The political system grows corruption, so the corrupt phenomena in China everywhere are grown from political system. Chinese political system has no balance and restriction of power in constitutional government, has no democratic election and supervision in system, and in law construction, doesn’t comply the law or execute the law seriously or the governmental department takes the lead to violate the law. Because of these three reasons, it leads to the power’s unprecedented big of Chinese government’s legislation, judicature and administration department controlled by China communist. Also because of these reasons, the risks of Chinese official’s corruption are pretty low.
