                         Liu, Bing: The Populaces’ Defending Actions Are the Weak’ s Resisting

Today Chinese populaces’ defending actions are the weak’s resisting and have complex relations to the politics. The populaces’ human rights actions have formed a pressure of society and compelled Chinese Communist Party to realize populaces’ situation from political point of view and ceaselessly modify its related policy. Chinese populaces’ defending actions are enlightening the modern rights and interests society to the outstanding persons and are consequently changing Chinese political status.

In order to having long life, Chinese populaces’ human rights actions should be aroused by people’s own surviving status. The populaces’ human rights actions were also changing people themselves. They obtained political experiences from defending human rights legally, their political wisdoms were cultivated, and simultaneously their whole political appeal was exalted. Consequently, the sense and the power showed from Chinese populaces’ human rights actions had the deep demonstrating meaning for each field of society. The wonderful wishes of Chinese populaces can’t substitute present cruel reality. We must endeavor, open and walk the civilized path of democracy.
