Yao, Qingliang: China Communist Authorities Don’t Allow Populaces Having Freedom of Speech
Chinese populaces require freedom of speech, and its characteristic is: Everyone is self-governing, can’t and shouldn’t be forced and intervened by someone else. People should tolerate each other, especially the opinions which you think are wrong. Because everybody is equal, people should respect each other, and when you respect others you actually respect yourself.
After China communist authorities came into power, above-mentioned freedom of speech not only was not approved but also was scolded as falsehood and reaction. Moreover, China communist authorities’ own theory about freedom of speech was just the opposite. China communist authorities’ logic was: Communism was the truth valid everywhere, and China communist was glorious, great and right. In order to realize communism and transform itself, the populace should be infused theoretically and educated with political thoughts. The unsuitable speeches should be contended decidedly, as poisonous weeds should be pulled up by the roots. From the view of class concept, Chinese society is divided into two parts the people and the enemy. The freedom of speech can only be imparted to the people, and the enemy should be deprived of their freedom of speech and not allowed to speak and act randomly. All supporting Communist Party are the people and all opposing Communist Party are the enemy.
