Under China communist dictatorial system protection, some of China corruptive officials and some vicious-minded men in society came to exert their effort for fortune, and the whole China as a stage was taken by these “exploiting but no contributing” vicious-minded men. In a short period of time, many rapid rich persons appeared through “grey income”, and private companies one after another sprouted and hotels one after another appeared like mushrooms.
