Chen, Yun: The Reason for China Communist to Protect Totalitarian System Is to Emphasize Stability
In west democratic country, there are many people who hate the boss, but there are few people who hate the government. If someone wants to overthrow the government, others will say: next time you won’t elect it anymore, no need to overthrow it. The totalitarian system is an instable structure. Chinese leaders worry about the instability—structural disease everyday. The instability comes from the structure of totalitarian system, the totalitarian system is strengthened to maintain stability, so it can but worsen the problem. Any ideal society should make every family live happy and healthy life, make every community, every group and every party exist freely, and make everyone have a sense of satisfaction by living in a free society. For thousands of years, Chinese people have been pursuing happy life, yearning for free society and looking forward to the birth of brilliant sovereign. However, time after time people have always been from expectative to disappointed, and those naïve wishes have always gotten in return with desolation and suffering.
The historical experience told those kindhearted people: Up to today 21st century, Chinese people still can’t enjoy deserved human rights in a free society.
