                     Zhang, Linjing: The False Supervision for the Power of China Communist Authority

There is definitely an effective supervision system in a sound society. If there is no supervision or effective supervision, the authorities will be without restriction and do as they want. It has become an ironclad regular pattern that the power without restriction will lead to corruption eventually and the absolute power without restriction will lead to absolute corruption.

Mankind didn’t cease to complete his social system in the historical course, and tried hard to find a more perfect social system making people live better lives. In today the democratic system has become a world trend, but China Communist authority grabs the autarchic system tightly due to its own interest. Because China Communist authority knows that the reputation of autarchy isn’t good, it craves popular acclaim and puts up a façade of democracy.

The human history has proved that capitalistic democratic system is better than socialistic autarchic system, and it was the reason that former socialistic countries in East Europe one after another walked up the path of democratization. Actually one essential distinguish between autarchic and democratic countries is whether the supervision system is effective, and the supervision system is a touchstone to judge whether it is an autarchic or a democratic country.
