Zhao Xiunan: The Situation Controlled by Privileged Circle will be Changed
China communist privileged circle leads to corruption in surface, and it also leads to deepened corruption, i.e. to manipulate the law in a legalized society from top to down. When law is bound with privilege, law would loss its justice. In a society absolutely controlled by dictator, the openly announced information through media its content will be greatly reduced by credibility, number and quality. The whole society will produce a great deal of rumors and such rumors will become all over in society up to down, and further produce rumors make the society a lying one.
It has become a normal practice for officials of China government at different level to offend the law or have illegal conduct, and it has also been a normal practice for media to cover those illegal conduct or scandals done by privileged circle, but praises greatly the achievement of the government. Privileged circle came from one party dictatorial rule, and we believe such a situation will not be long. As democracy, freedom, human right and law spread widely, all that privileged circle controlled situation will be changed.
