                               Wang, Mingqing：Controlled Anti-Corruption Has Little Effects

The major roof of the corruption in China is the current political system. Lack of independent jurisdiction and media supervision, lack of citizen rights and involvement and uncontrolled autocratic privileges are the systematic source of corruption. As long as the current political system is not changed and democratic legal system to ensure human rights and legal independence, corruption can not be eradicated completely.

Current anti-corruption organization and organism is one that protects corruption. Such a system authorizes the CCP officials to disclose, investigate, confirm and punish corruption in black boxes. All the corrupted officials were chosen and appointed by these CCP officials. Such a system can not be relied on to justly investigate and punish corruption, which often become tools of party struggle. In consideration of its own political image and safety of its government, CCP controls heavily the scope, depth and openness of anti-corruption activities.
