Su, Juan: Allow Different Voices, Realize Democratic Society
If CCP’s autocracy is unquestionable, then its specific actions are mostly questionable. The biggest and the most serious problem is CCP rulers do not allow opposing voices, even when these voices come from interior. Since its official takeover of government in October 1949, this has been a consistent phenomenon that has gone through every period of its rule and caused most serious harm to CCP.
If China wants to strengthen the nation and enrich the people, it must realize political democracy using legal means, giving the regulator sense of crisis and pressure, making them think thoroughly when doing everything and realize that any material misconduct will lead to removal from office. Only under similar situation can China march on the path of strong nation and wealthy people.
