Liu, Jianfu: China Is Filled With Fake and Low-grade Products
In recent year, a popular joke in China goes like this: a farmer wanted to commit suicide. He survived due to the pesticide he drank was fake; but he died in the hospital because the infusion was fake and poisonous.
China today claims to be materially rich, but it is filled with fake and low-grade products. As long as food is concerned, wicked businessmen produce and sell large quantities of fake, low-grade and even poisonous food products in return for big profits. Fake liquor, fake salt, fake vinegar, fake soy sauce, fake ham, poisonous rice, poisonous vegetable, poisonous oil and poisonous milk powder are everywhere. They cause injuries and disabilities and even cost people’s lives.
Like food products, other products are the same. In the big market of China, numerous fake and low-grade products are filled everywhere. In the construction of many projects, officials join hands with businessmen in cheating in labor and materials, use low-grade materials in replace of high quality materials, producing “bean curd crump projects” here and where. Even in the cultural and educational fields, fake and low-grade products are popular, even university diplomas are fake. As long as one is willing to pay, even an illiterate can buy a “Ph. D” diploma.
After CCP’s torture for over half a century, China’s social morals become low and official merchants have no morals at all. Fake and low-grade products have become a huge national humiliation of the Chinese nationality.
