Foundation of political powers is the will of the people, which should be elected by periodic, free and real election. This is a concept recognized by modern human society on political power’s legality. CCP politics built on national terrorism to maintain its autocracy has no legality at all. China can not tolerate autocracy with no content by the people. CCP’s right of political administration is not elected by the people and is therefore illegal.

It is habitual that tyranny tries conscience and brutality tries humanity and crime tries truth in China. To establish federal system in China and appoints Federal supreme judge of China by Federal Chinese Congress, who will practice justice trial of CCP tyranny’s crimes like slaughter of people’ enslaving the people, depriving people’s citizen rights, diminishing believes, cruel torture and rob social wealth. This will be the first trial over tyranny by the people using legislative right. Justice embodied in legal senses will turn into huge energy in political category. It will be a common knowledge that China will establish legal foundation of political powers via real and free election in the new century.
