Zhou,ChaoQun: Anti-Corruption cannot be abused as privilege

In China, leading party is not only in charge of the justice system, but also in charge of punishment on specific government officials. The leading party is also in charge of the media. They made decision on exposure of corruptions, and forbid certain case going public.

Since China practice one party rule, the party in power controls all authorities. CCP allows no foreign controlled agencies monitoring CCP & CCP government. Corruption is a privilege, anti-corruption becomes a privilege as well. Only CCP agencies are allowed to fight against corruption. Self-organized anti-corruption campaign usually suffers. Persons who report corruption usually get revenged. Publish articles on the internet to fight corruption also received punishment as well. China must learn from HongKong & Singapore on fighting corruption. At the mean time, public Medias also need to report that: anti-corruption in China should focus on prevention not punishment. The main focus on anti-corruption is promotion and education.
