At present, the poverty in China results from government monopolization. A rich, democratic country should share the wealth and the fruits of economic development in addition to sharing the political rights with its citizen. The monopolization of enterprises and wealth resources is not a solution for a country to be a law-governed and democratic one.
    
Establishing a democratic and law-governed country is not just a game.  It must establish a series of rules and regulations for creation of a beautiful society or country.  A law-governed rich society or country of a good law and order must relatively and evenly distribute its wealth and economic resources among its citizens. Every citizen should be able to access those economic resources. Without proper anti-monopolization monitoring system, a country will be in a status of absolute monopolization. The dictatorship and monopolization is the root cause of the poverty for Chinese people.
