ZHENG, JUN: The Chinese Government Should Talk with its People on Human Rights.
It is the Chinese people, not the western countries/societies, that the Chinese government should have a talk with on human rights. Those people include rights-deprived appellants, the home losers, the old, the weak, the insulted, the bullied and, needless to say, those dissidents. All these people are the subject for Chinese government to have a talk with on human rights.
However, the Chinese government would spend a lot of taxed money to talk with the western society because they think the regular Chinese people are not educated enough to have a talk with them on human rights. If Chinese government is willing to talk with its people, it will ameliorate the tension and conflicts between government and regular people and will be very helpful for establishing the harmonic society.
