       ZHENG, JUN: The Weakness in Political System Leading to the Corruption in China

The weakness in China political system creates the great chance to get rich extremely fast. The government loses its control over this situation under the policy that letting small portion of people getting rich first. This enlarges the unfair allocation of wealth. Therefore, this so-called efficiency-focusing policy is the primary reason for causing more unfairness and chaos in the wealth allocation.

It is the weakness in China political system that results in the corruption in China. There is no democracy, no transparency and no monitoring system in the policy making. The administration power becomes the shelter for unfair allocation of wealth. The governmental officials use their power to provide unfair competition for wealth. The power-exchange-money means become the major income source for governmental officials, causing the serious unfairness in wealth allocation. This is the primary reason why there is a huge gap in the wealth allocation.
