                             LIANG, JING: Democracy Brings Stable and Peaceful Society  

Right-powers are changed by peaceful way in democratic countries. Democracy is a kind of management system to protect this spirit. At the same time, democracy is a kind of political culture to obey the laws. The core of modern democracy is to judge right and wrong. In dictatorial country, objecting dictatorship means betraying the country. Democracy means power-open, power-open means it is possible for authority to get off the power.
Under democratic system electors may fail, but they won’t lose their freedom and dignity. Polity becomes a game which is not dangerous. Nobody will lose their freedom because to take part in the political movements. Under dictatorship, failure in polity means to lose freedom, dignity or even life. No political system can combine personal freedom with stable and peaceful society except for democracy. Democracy protects people’s freedom and makes society stable and peaceful.
