zhang,li:My viewpoint on the issue of reunification of my motherland

As a chinese, everone is supposed to be concerned for the reunification of China. but what makes Taiwan unwilling to unite mainland china.
I think the essential reason is Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s one-party dictatorship and that mainland china and taiwan practise two totally different political systems.
I  remember that Yingjiu Ma,chairman of GuoMinTang(who was the ruling party in Taiwan) once made such remarks:Reunificaton between mainland China and Taiwan is not negotiable until TianAnMen Square Massacre in 1989 is redressed.Obviously, what he means is that now it not the right time at all to talk about the reunification.Democratic Taiwan is ashamed of being with autocratic CCP. Taiwanese copatriot who are already used to democracy never get used to CCP's automacracy.  Democracy and autocracy have nothing in common.  Democratic Taiwan and autocratic CCP have nothing in common.
CCP always emphasizes the importance and magnificent meaning of reunification on every possiable occasion. It does that so seriously and determinedly that it makes the public believe mistakely it is Taiwan's fault
to seprate from China and that only CCP care about reunification.
Acctully  CCP never admit that the biggest obstacle that stands in the way of reunification is autocratic CCP itself. Just imagine this:  If CCP could give up one-party dictatorship, protect Chinese people's human rights, stop persecuting dessidents, nationalize all the military forces and make China a democratic country through completely political reforms, realization of reunification would become less diffcult.
Therefor, Chinese communist government which represented by Hu,JinTao definitely has no way  but make politically democratic reforms if it really really want to make fundamental progress on reunification.
