Yu, Defang: Improve Democratic Reform during Olympic Games
China government talks aloud about democracy in the international society, and especially before 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, China government announce in public that the democracy is very good and promise to improve Chinese human-right situation. Many persons think this is a signal that CCP will improve democratic reform during Olympic Games. In fact this is just an unpractical theory. If it really wants to improve democratic reform, CCP should do things below:
First, China government must promise international society to accept democracy identity, and stop using so-called Chinese characteristic communist democracy and freedom to deceive people. Second, the government must formulate the time list to realize democracy. Third, to stop all of political persecute and release all of arrested human-right supporters, dissidents, religious people and members of China Democracy Party. The dictatorship’s character is continuous political persecutes. This is main reason to oppose dictatorship and support democracy.
