                            Yu, Defang: Wealth Realized in Democratic and Free Situation  

The big part of Chinese property-gap is between cities and farms. The government compensation policy is no useful. The main reason cause unfair-distribution is China social system. The government’s officials grasp power and rights are the real property dominators. These officials’ incomes are higher than those of common people’s. Beside their salaries, they have countless so-called grey incomes: corruption. All of these conduces Chinese distinctive property-gap. Rich-together can’t be realized in this society. For changing these, the society needs administration system and justice system to make people in any places can enjoy the fair right-protection.
There is only one important word: the way to change common people’s poverty is that government must return human-right to people. There are never rich slaves in the world. Wealth can only be realized in democratic and free situation.
