China must take democracy reform if China wants to resolve the problem of official system. The way of money-management, income-note and moral-rule can’t make China into an administer-position. This will delay the chance to make democracy reform. Like pulling a bull, we should pull the bull’s nose, not its tail.
China Communist Party (CCP)’s policy, stabilization is the most important. CCP press the justice, human-right, democracy and freedom using stabilization. Chinese people have the different voice with CCP government for many years. Chinese people’s opinion is authority-power belong to people and obey the Constitution, the party in authority and officials are inspected by parties out authority and media. Rebuilding social system and realizing democratic system. The corruption can’t be eliminated in a democracy country, either. But this corruption can be governed.
