People’s basic right is the right to govern country and the leaders’ power are given by people. Democracy means people are the owners of the country and people control the country and officials. We must realize the democracy and its meaning, but not just talk.  
China Communist Party (CCP) must return people the authority which CCP robbed from people. People must govern the country by themselves and manage themselves by their delegates. Governors should just be people’s delegates to realize people’s hopes. Governors must be inspected by people and they will be impeached by people if they are irresponsible during their authorities. CCP’s authority delegates privilege class benefits and it is just a dictatorship. CCP can’t delegate Chinese people’s benefits.
