It is common that corruption is popular in China Communist Party (CCP) government. The reason of the corruption is obtaining the benefits. CCP is the biggest benefits-gainer because it can overtop the government and the people. CCP emphasize that CCP must lead everything in China. This is the reason of the corruption. Corruption problem in fact is a power-corruption. It is the necessary result that the power can’t be inspected and controlled.
In nowadays China, the corruption has penetrated the whole society. There is even the saying that everybody is corrupt. But we must know that there are active corruption and passive corruption. It is not everybody who wants to be corrupt. The potentates have power to be corrupt, but common people have no power to stop it and the people have to be corrupt with the potentates. Therefore, China become a bigger corrupt country.
