                          Dong, Xuelei: Democratic System can Prevent Corruption in China

Chinese government must perform the political reform if they want to eliminate the corruption in China ultimately. The corruption of CCP can’t be solved by CCP itself. Without political reform, all other kinds of reform will be vain.
If China wants to be a great and rich country, it must change the current situations like power over law and one-party tyrannical system. There will be no hope for China if CCP and its power are higher than anything else. It is necessary to establish the whole set of democratic system, letting people elect their own competent leaders and have power to remove the incompetent leaders from their office if they are incapable of doing service for people or committing crimes. It is important to put the leaders under the monitoring system of democracy and let people have right to evaluate their elected leaders. Only in this way, the corruption can be prevented in China ultimately.
