                                                 Fan, Yingzhen: China’s Law is not Useful

China’s law is not useful. When never the international society accuses China’s human-right persecuting, CCP’s reply will be that our Constitution protect human-right. CCP just prate Constitution and law, avoiding talking about the real horrible law situation. In fact, China is a country which be governed by persons not by law. CCP’s so-called governing country by law is just a deceiving.
The persons who set up law break down the law. The persons who perform law violate the law. All these are common for CCP’s authority. The human-right supporters in China just try to protect themselves with the law set up by CCP, but they are all aims CCP will hit. CCP even don’t accept and obey its law. Why do all Chinese people have responsibility to obey and accept the law?
