Lin, Weinong: Lack of Supervision and Restriction of Power will Lead to Corruption

The corruption in nowadays China in essence is the corruption phenomenon of social power. The core of social power is the unlimited authority of the official circles of power without supervision and constraints. This is a very difficult social power to be supervised and controlled. Especially the power of officialdom leads to nowadays large-scale, sustained and in-depth social corruption.
Absolute power will lead to absolute corruption. This is widely and unanimously endorsed by all the people of the objective truth and is the universal rule of human society. In nowadays China, the unimpeded spread of the corruption is on the absolute power of China's social and expansion to the unlimited expansion all spheres of society caused by the fatal consequences. Therefore, all of exercising power, whether in government or in civil, even if only so tiny a little bit of power. If there is no the establishment of supervision and restriction mechanism for the community, the phenomenon of corruption will certainly exist.
