          Jin, Yongmo: Resolution of Corruption Problem in China needs Democratic Reform  

Chinese officials corrupt badly. Corruption has been the one of the most serious problems China government have to face up. The higher class officials of CCP have warned that the corruption is threatening the stability of China society. The serious corruption phenomenon has not blocked the development of Chinese economy. But the serious result of corruption has made CCP fear and is hostile to political reform. Political reform and democracy mean CCP officials will lose their monopolized power on polity and face up to be punished on economy. This is a reason which corrupt officials fear and are hostile to democracy.
In the past, CCP authority group rejected democracy because they feared to lose their monopolized power on polity. Now they worry they will not only lose their monopolized power on polity but also be punished on economy. Resolution of corruption problem in China needs democratic reform.
