                           Zhang, Jinhua: Dictatorship is Obstacle to Punish Corruption

Corruption is the necessary result of dictatorial society. China society is dictatorial now. The government officials’ power is not limited by laws and their power become the tools to grasp money. Corrupt phenomenon appears and becomes common while common people suffer a lot. Corruption causes the government lost people’s trust and makes society unstable. CCP government worry that corruption will hurt its own authority and this is the main momentum for government to opposite corruption.
CCP’s opposition to corruption just makes its authority stable. Every CCP officials in every class are corrupt. Dare CCP opposite corruption? Will CCP collapse? In fact CCP don’t really want to opposite corruption. You must have confidence to opposite corruption if you really want to struggle with corruption. The ways of corruption are changing now. The traditional way has no efficient to struggle with corruption. China should change its dictatorial system to opposite corruption.
