               Liu, Minglan: Democratic System can Balance Chinese Communists Effectively


Do Chinese people have the freedom of belief for these more than 50 years? No. Have news, opinion and publication had freedom of association? No. Other parties have no independent, no freedom to offer their own political ideas, can only support the Communist Party. Even own a party has the right to the support of the party, not just on some hypothetical? CPC said the multi-party cooperation, not deceive the people, then what is it. In this one-party dictatorship, how can human rights is protected?
China＇s system is in the problem and has no other system to balances its power. People have no rights to choose leaders or political parties. Constitution can’t control CCP. CCP is more power than Constitution and they can do what they want. So this makes China＇s human rights situation fall into a vicious cycle. To solve the problem of eating does not mean human rights situation is good. China＇s current social factor of instability is a one-party authoritarian and dictatorial regime. Only democratic system can be effectively balance CCP.
