Chen, Xiwei: Institutional Deficiencies is Root Cause of Spread of Corruption

In China corruption phenomenon is common and abound. CCP officials, as long as their own power, are desperately squeezing the people and try every means fish for ill-gotten gains, the official bigger gains more money, so full of corruption of the entire community. Corruption has come to unbridled and shocking proportions.
CCP officials monopolize all the powers of Chinese society, the power of government and officials is not controlled or balanced. This absolute power leads to absolute corruption. CCP government becomes the most corrupt government in the world. In order to curb corruption, CCP enacted the anti-corruption strategy, the establishment of a national anti-corruption by the executive authorities, because there are shortcomings in social systems, the effect of the anti-corruption can be imagined.
A national anti-corruption measure if the effect is good or not. The key is how to start from the social system, the effective eradication of corruption. However, CCP government in the anti-corruption polarization uses the guiding ideology. On the one hand, a huge amount of corruption the "heinous" primary elements, taken fast "killing" approach, with no troubles, the pretext that "no killing, no calm down people." On the other hand, in order to preserve their own power, CCP takes the so-called "double designated" non-legal means upon the majority of the corrupt elements to replace the law. Does not change the social system boost from the search for anti-corruption strategy can completely eradicate corruption? The answer is no.
