Fang, Yunfeng: Can’t Deprive Citizens’ Basic Right of Enjoying Human Rights
The actual human rights Chinese government on the legal requirements is only possible to achieve human rights, in fact does not mean that every citizen to enjoy the existing human rights. China＇s Constitution does not lack the relevant provisions of citizen but the lack of existing human rights of every citizen to enjoy the fact. In fact, Chinese government acts often oppose Constitution, trampling on civil rights and human rights. The Constitution provides for freedom of association, but civic organizations of the democratic parties have been suppressed; Constitution provides for freedom of belief, but the citizens of religious belief has been banned. This is the Chinese citizens enjoy the existing human rights.
China＇s laws on criminals in prison should enjoy the humane treatment of the material life and prisons, workplace management of offenders must be implemented civilization management, have made clear. The fact is that the prison of political prisoners, prisoners of conscience often subjected to torture and ill-treatment sent the report, the Chinese government refused to international human rights organizations of the inspections.
In order to oppose the international common universal human rights, the Chinese government stresses the abstract and not talks about specific order to defend the domestic poor human rights record, they talk about the abstract without a specific stresses. Chinese government’s regard on human rights to various interpretations, always self-contradictory, and can’t be justified.
