To improve its human rights depends on the action

China’s Government has solemnly committed to the international community in the 2008 Olympic Games to improve human rights in China before the Beijing Olympic Games which has closed a few months. China＇s human rights situation has not improved,on the contrary, China’s society has some new violations of human rights: arrest \ custody rights petitions, the continued detention of dissidents, human rights and religious figures, as well as Democrats.
First of all, a government must respect human rights, in order to achieve the protection of human rights; respect for human rights in line with the general interest of all mankind to go along with the development of democracy in the world, the tide of history. To see China’s Government to improve human rights, first of all, the government should give up violence, stop the persecution, respect for people＇s basic human rights, respect and the establishment of a favorable environment for the protection of human rights; Second, to give up authoritarian system to achieve democracy and freedom, fundamentally improve China＇s human rights Environment. Then Chinese people will have a democratic country like the Westerns, with human rights and freedoms.
