      Women to have children must be approved by the Government in China is inhuman and condemned world wide. According to the Family Plan, if the a woman got pregnant, she has to apply to the Government’ permition  before the birth-giving, otherwise, the family planning department will send the pregnant woman to do compulsory abortion, including sterilization .
     The officials of family planning carry out the implementation is  seriously intervening people＇s private life. It is violation of  the natural way. Some families were broken and homeless by the inhuman policy.
