Chen Huang: Improve Chinese human-rights Situation
On Dec.12,1948, United Nation acknowledged and issued “Universal Declaration of Human Rights”, which affirmed that human-rights is the foundation of world freedom, justice and peace; with no protection on human-rights, people can’t enjoy the freedom and society can’t reach justice and harmony. “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” affirmed that tyranny, slaughter against humanity, ignorance and humiliation to human rights have developed into barbarian violence. All these violence tarnished human conscience. During 60 years in power, Chinese communist government executed autocratic ruling, violated Chinese people for a long time, cruelly depressed and persecuted the dissidents, the human-rights defenders, the religious figures, and badly trampled human-rights.
As a country with the large population, China must legislate and strictly implement the human-rights law and assure the basic human rights. Because “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” declared that it is necessary to protect human rights with legislation in order to end up slaughter, tyranny and depression eternally, Chinese communist government is responsible to abide by “Universal Declaration of Human Rights” and give up violence, stop persecution abide by and execute human-rights related law to improve Chinese human-rights situation.
