Su, Juan: Birth-Control Policy Strangled Chinese Women’s Hopes to Give Birth
Since Chinese reform and opening-up, planned-economy policy has changed into market-economy policy. However, Birth-control policy hasn’t changed yet. Despite Chinese women’s human rights, Chinese government compulsorily executes one-child policy by giving the reason that Chinese population is increasing excessively. The Chinese women who don’t comply with birth-control policy are forced to receive induced labor and abortion, which strangled Chinese women’s hopes to give birth. For quite a few years, Chinese women hate birth-control policy which compulsorily delays increasing speed of population at cost of badly violating human rights.
As far as we know, birth is a natural subjective law. Chinese government compulsorily executes one-child policy, so it artificially destroyed the scientific laws that human must abide by and brought the bad results.
Chinese government regulates birth-control as one of the basic policies, which badly violates Universal Declaration of World Human Rights issued by United Unions and trample Chinese women’s physical and mental health for a long term. In order to protect Chinese women’s human rights from being violated, Chinese government must comply with historic trend to abolish birth-control policy.
