In current Chinese society, ordinary people don’t have freedom of speech, though Chinese constitution regulates that people own freedom of speech. In fact, people’s speech is constrained by the various restrictions.
First rule: People can’t comment on government or criticize government and government officials.
Second rule: People can’t speak on media, especially negative comments on government.
Chinese communist government completely deprived people of freedom of speech. This government violated constitution established by its own. It is one of the typical features of Chinese communist’s autocratic regime that Human’s ruling replaces laws.
Free speech is one of people’s basic human rights, so anybody or any organization can’t deprive people of freedom of speech for any reason. Chinese communist government claims that Chinese government is the people’s government, however, this government has controlled people’s speech with high-pressure means for a long time. Our China Democracy Party members strongly request Chinese communist government to return freedom of speech to people.
