A woman has to hold the government’s authorization to give birth, otherwise, she isn’t allowed to give birth. If she gives birth, she will be arrested and be accused. This is the related items regulated by Chinese family planning policy.
Chinese birth-control policy violated the human’s natural law. Its establishment, promulgation and execution has badly violated human rights, infringed the lofty human-rights concepts of Universal Declaration of Human Rights issued by United Nations. Chinese family planning policy under execution has strangled people’s fertility hope with the compulsory abortion. People can’t accept the policy that compulsorily delays population birth at the cost of badly violating human rights. Population birth is a natural objective law, and object laws are the scientific principles for people to survive. Chinese family planning policy infringed these scientific principles and brought endless trouble, so it should be abolished.
