Xu,Daguang: Chinese Communist Officials should Learn to Apologize to People in Public
Chinese government’ management on officials is passive. Officials in this government like to pose as people’s servants. They don’t take the responsibility for people, which is caused by the flaws of Chinese communist. Chinese communist government must reform the means to appoint and manage officials and establish up restraint system. If officials in position don’t fulfill their duties, their problems must be followed up. If officials’ capabilities aren’t qualified, they can’t keep their positions in order that the sense of crisis is imposed on them.
A officials maybe only lose the governmental title, but the civilians maybe lose their blood and lives. Officials’ capability is related to civilians’ lives and safety. Those besotted officials, foolish officials and corrupt officials not only need to get brain washed, but also reinforce learning and raise quality. Don’t be aware of seriousness of responsibility, deficiency of capability and apology until civilians get hurt. In case of the great accident, Chinese government and officials should learn to apologize to people in public and strive for people’s forgiveness. The direct responsible officials should resign initiatively, take it as warning and strive for people’s forgiveness.
